Who we are
The London Iqra Institute is a Islamic supplementary
evening and weekend School. Our aim is to nurture and
develop the future generations of our community.
We aim to prepare our students to be responsible
citizens for the modern world in accordance with islamic
teachings and values.
We aspire to provide every single student the highest possible level of support academically and spiritually in a secure and vibrant learning environment. Our students will learn directly from the Holy Qu'ran and Sunnah which will allow them to be competent in Arabic language.

Our Vision
The London Iqra institute is a well established Islamic school for islamic education and learning, and is attended by a high number of students on a daily basis. The main objective of our Madrassa is to develop the personalities of our children so that they are conscious of their responsibility to Allah and fellow humans. We aim for our pupils to develop their Islamic personalities and build on an emotional attachment to Islam, which should continue after leaving the Madrassa. Pupils should seek ways of increasing their love of Allah and His Messenger Muhammad (Peace be upon him). One of the ways the Madrassa will support this is by providing an Islamic environment promoting Islamic and modern values.
The Institute employs its own internal exams. Assessment marks are recorded regularly for each aspect of the subject, including class work, homework and monthly tests. These records are used to aid in compiling the yearly report.
